"We had a great week staying in Russet cottage. The cottage was spacious and well equipped for our stay. Our children loved the freedom of the grounds and spent hours in the play barn and on the fields. We also made full use of the bikes riding the short distance to the farm shop. The swimming pool was perfect however the slot system may have been limited if it was a rainy week. We arrived at 3.30 on the Friday and most slots gone - fortunately as it was a gloriously sunny week there were some cancellations. "

The swimming pool and games room are ideal for families and a safe environment for youngsters to play outdoors. "

"We found the cottage very well equipped and extremely clean. The welcome note and afternoon tea was a lovely touch on arrival. It is a fantastic location to explore the beautiful beaches and the Broads. The owner was always available to contact if needed. The complex is beautifully maintained with plenty to do and the pool is a wonderful facility with bookable slots and shared slots available throughout the day. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay a home from home experience."

"Had a wonderful stay in the Russet Cottage. The cottage was well presented and welcoming with homemade cakes and the table set for afternoon tea. The booked private one hour swimming sessions was a lovely idea. The play barn equipped with lots of indoor toys along with the outdoor equipment was excellent for the children. Great location for visiting the local area."

Lower Wood Farm was the perfect place to do as much or as little as you want.
